Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you choose to provide, along with information in subsequent correspondence. Please limit your initial message to what we need to understand your inquiry.

Our hosting and security systems process ordinary request information such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, response status and errors. Contact abuse controls use limited request and submission information to detect excessive or repeated submissions. Please do not put private information in website URLs.

Cookies, analytics and AI

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts, scripts and images are served with the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and this website does not send information to an AI service. There are no advertising preferences to configure here.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, evaluate potential work and maintain relevant business records. We use technical information to operate the site, investigate faults, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives it

Contact inquiries sent to info@yammm.com and support requests sent to team@yammm.help through yammm.help or yammm.support are handled in Google Workspace, including our Google Group for inquiries, and may be viewed by the people responsible for responding. Google and our hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. We do not publish your inquiry as website content.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections. We do not share inquiries with advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence while needed to handle the inquiry and related business, contractual or legal obligations. Technical records and abuse-control records are kept for operational and security purposes. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose; it is not necessarily the same for correspondence, logs and backups. You may ask us about or request deletion of your information.

We use safeguards appropriate to the site and restrict access to inquiry information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The site is operated from the United States, and our providers may process information in other locations under their service arrangements.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without sending an inquiry. To ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or request a portable copy, email info@yammm.com with the subject Privacy request. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling, we will honor them. We do not engage in those activities on this website.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We respond within the time required by applicable law. For requests covered by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, this is generally 45 days, with a permitted extension when necessary and notice explaining the extension.

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@yammm.com with the subject Privacy appeal. For appeals covered by Texas law, we will respond within 60 days and explain our decision. You may also raise a concern with the Texas Attorney General or another authority with jurisdiction. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children and sensitive information

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it. Please do not submit protected health information, passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive records through the public form or an initial email.

Changes and contact
