Website use and client agreements
This website describes our services and lets you contact us. It is not an offer to perform work on particular terms. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, a confidentiality agreement, an obligation to respond or a commitment to provide services.
Any paid services, deliverables, fees, schedules, warranties, confidentiality obligations and data-processing terms must be agreed separately in writing. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website terms about the services it covers, that agreement controls.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, share links and use the contact form for a legitimate inquiry. You must have authority to provide any information you submit. Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate someone, send spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability or bypass security controls. Do not submit another person's confidential or sensitive information without authority.
Content and intellectual property
The Yammm name, logo, website design and original content belong to Yammm or their respective owners. Viewing source code or downloading assets for normal browser use does not grant rights to use our branding, redistribute licensed artwork or represent the site as your own. Code expressly offered under a separate open-source license remains subject to that license. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Information you send us
Please provide accurate contact information and only the information needed to discuss your inquiry. You authorize us to use your submission to evaluate and respond to it and administer the resulting conversation. You retain ownership of your information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
This public form and ordinary email are not channels for protected health information, passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive records. If a project needs confidential or regulated information, contact us first to arrange appropriate agreements and a suitable transfer method.
Availability and website information
We may update, suspend or remove website content or functionality. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website content is provided as available and may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. The Disclaimer provides additional context for technical, AI and industry-related information.
Limits and rights preserved
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yammm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer rights or changes rights and remedies under a signed client agreement.
Applicable law and questions
Texas law governs these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory rights under the law where you live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim where applicable law permits it. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Please contact us about questions or concerns.
Changes to these terms
We will publish changes here and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing signed agreement. Please review the current terms when using the website.
